Kaya means “Body”
Kalpa means “Immortality”
Kaya Kalpa consists mainly of two synchronous activities.
Ashwini Mudra - this is a contraction of the anal sphincter which helps to redirect prana (life force energy) up through the sushumna nadi.
Ojas Breathing - the seat (stem) of bodily ojas is the heart. Ojas are derived from properly digested NOURISHING foods (see karmic food pyramid / basically foods high on photons and or biogenic energy that have been produced in organic earth and contain natural water). Ojas GIVE LIFE AND ENERGY ago the cells in the body.
IMPORTANT: Foods which are not nutritious create “Ama” (the opposite of Ojas).
AMA IS A TOXIC RESIDUE WHICH PROMOTES DISEASE.
